I initially went for an oil change. I usually go quick service place but had been smelling a burning smell that concerned me. I asked to have them check for leaks. A leak was found and repaired. Chance kept informed and was very professional.
My truck looked brand new. The estimate was reasonable. The estimate was quoted to me in a timely manner. I was updated about the progress of my repair.
They were amazing. Great customer service. I love my new ride. I will most definitely be back in the future

I have to be honest. The morale of the service department is low. Some staff is very unfriendly. My car needed some mechanical work. As far as the job that was completed they overall did an outstanding job. I have a 2018 dodge challenger and thanks to them it runs like a new car. Chance was very professional. He stayed in contact with me and was very informative about my vehicle. I highly recommend for mechanical services , but it would be nice to feel more welcoming when entering the service department.
We drove 1.5 hours to this dealership to purchase a vehicle we were told was available. Once we arrived, the story kept changing.
First, we were told the car had a recall but that we could “wait” for a fix. They said we could put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it. Later, that changed to they cannot sell the vehicle at all due to an open recall with no remedy something that was never disclosed before we made the drive. So why ask for a deposit? Very welcoming. Every sales representative greeted us and offered to help us out. Finance got us approved and out in no time.
They have a slways been helpful and done a great job. I have used their body shop to make repairs after an accident and their service center for mechanical repairs.
They had to repair the wire harness in my dodge truck . They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I would like to sincerely thank the service department for all of the hard work they did to do a major disassembly on the engine and transmission under warranty to find and repair a one-in-a-million factory defect that had been causing an oil leak on my wife's Jeep. Although the repair took a while, my service advisor (Chance) called me several times to keep me updated on the progress.
I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent repair experience at Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (ACDJR) and the unresolved issues with my vehicle.
On January 2, I brought my Jeep to ACDJR to address a concerning noise. As my vehicle is under warranty, I contacted the warranty company and initiated a claim. I purchased a car online. The add said runs and drives as it should. As is I can take it if runs and drives as it should. Terrible service department. Made a service appointment to be told it would be 7-10 days before they could diagnose the problem. No vehicles available for loan while waiting for warranty work to be done.
Ms.Marian Harris went above and beyond, she was very considerate, helpful and also took time to make sure I got what I needed pertaining to a vehicle! This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any dealership and I would highly recommend anyone to go. She didn’t treat me as a customer she treated me as family and that spoke volumes to me as a customer. Great personality, honest and wonderful salesperson!

Joe Marshall, aka, The Big Tuna, was the most patient Sales Pro we have ever worked with. He never pushed. He was respectful, patient, listened and cared about what we wanted. He spent quite a bit of time with us as we changed our minds from our initial inquiry when we realized it just didn't meet our needs. He definitely was a pleasure to work with.

Brought my Truck in to get a sensor repaired( Watched Youtube only takes around 3o minutes to 1 hr.. Also had a bolt that needed to be tightened as the seat made a popping noise. They said right off the bat. 7 days just to diagnose the problem. There is a light on the dash. They plugged in and got the error code that day. Its been 13 days..9 Business days. No call. We bought a 2015 dodge journy drove it two days the Bluetooth module went out from day one when we left lot. It was 1136 to replace. Than looking car over more it has been repaired on the passenger door and has some rust coming thru too. I will not be buy from here ever again.

Great Friendly transaction from sales to the manager, and finance made this a smooth transaction. Excellent customer service. They went out of there way to drop off the vehicle half way, and replaced a tire that had a nail in the sidewall upon delivery.

I was having problems with my a/c not cooling continuously.Within a few hours tech had traced down problem and I got my jeep back with a/c cooling properly the next day.
